Resolution rules

YES if the initially tabled Budget 2027 Ministry of Health total operating plus development allocation is strictly greater than 50 RM billion. Otherwise NO; equality is NO. Use the Ministry of Finance’s initially tabled Budget 2027 documents: the Fiscal Outlook and Federal Government Revenue Estimates for aggregate fiscal figures, Estimated Federal Expenditure for ministry allocations, and the Budget Speech and tax appendices for policy measures. These documents take precedence in that order for their respective measures. Use 2027 estimates, not revised 2026 figures, multi-year commitments, government-linked company investment or later supplementary budgets. Compare published amounts in RM billion, converting RM million by dividing by 1,000. Do not round again. Trading closes 9 October 2026 at 00:00 Malaysia time, before the scheduled tabling at 15:30. Resolve no earlier than 10 October 2026 at 00:00 Malaysia time and only after the initial tabling documents are published. A rescheduled tabling counts through 31 December 2026. If the relevant actual Budget 2027 result was officially published before trading closed, VOID. If the required documents or comparable figure are not officially available by 31 December 2026 at 23:59 Malaysia time, VOID. Unavailability before the deadline is not VOID. Ignore later revisions.
