Resolution rules

YES if the official BUDI95 subsidised RON95 price applicable to eligible private Malaysian motorists is exactly RM1.99 per litre at 23:59 Malaysia time on 31 December 2026. Otherwise NO, including official termination of the scheme by that instant. Use MOF’s official weekly retail-price release or an explicit superseding MOF price decision; the latest decision effective at the observation instant takes precedence. Exclude unsubsidised RON95, SKPS fleet pricing, rebates and temporary retailer promotions. Trading closes 1 December 2026 at 00:00 Malaysia time. Do not resolve before 1 January 2027. If the applicable official price or scheme termination cannot be verified by 31 January 2027 at 23:59 Malaysia time, VOID; not earlier. Later corrections do not reopen settlement.
