Resolution rules
YES if the official unsubsidised retail diesel price in Peninsular Malaysia is strictly below RM5.00 per litre at 23:59 Malaysia time on 31 December 2026. Otherwise NO; equality is NO. Use MOF’s official weekly retail-price announcement or explicit superseding price decision effective at that instant. Exclude BUDI Diesel, SKDS, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan prices, rebates and retailer promotions. Trading closes 1 December 2026 at 00:00 Malaysia time. Do not resolve before 1 January 2027. If no single comparable official price can be established by 31 January 2027 at 23:59 Malaysia time, VOID; not earlier. Later corrections do not reopen settlement.
