YES if the official daily settlement of Bursa Malaysia Derivatives FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI futures (FKLI), November 2026 expiry for exchange business date 2026-10-23 is strictly greater than that same contract's daily settlement for 2026-10-22. NO if equal or lower. Unit: index points. Both observations use the exchange-assigned business dates in Asia/Kuala_Lumpur, including overnight/T+1 sessions as assigned by the exchange; do not infer the business date from a website retrieval timestamp. The contract month is fixed and never rolls. Use Bursa Malaysia Derivatives's first official non-preliminary daily settlement publication for each named date, retaining its publication/retrieval time, dated report or settlement row, product code, contract month, unit and settlement value. If an initial release is labelled preliminary, wait for its first finalized daily version; ignore corrections after that first non-preliminary publication. This is the daily settlement during the contract's life, not its final expiry settlement. Permitted evidence is the official exchange settlement page, daily bulletin or exchange-issued dated clearing/settlement report identifying this exact contract and business date. The linked page locates that evidence; a quote page without a dated settlement field does not qualify. No last trade, session close, spot/index cash value, continuous/front-month series, CFD, perpetual, option, micro contract, broker/news summary or different delivery month may substitute. No extra rounding. Orders close 2026-10-22T16:00:00.000Z (00:00 MYT on 23 Oct 2026), before the target dated settlement. No resolution before 2026-10-24T04:00:00.000Z; the target business day and finalized daily publication must be complete. If a named date has no official daily settlement, the contract is not listed or is cancelled, either first non-preliminary value cannot be established, or the series changes denomination, wait until 2026-11-22T16:00:00.000Z then VOID. Do not roll to a neighbouring session. Unavailability before the deadline is not VOID.
