Resolution rules

YES if mean daily passenger trips for LRT Shah Alam Line, field rail_lrt_shah_alam in the official Daily Public Transport Ridership (ridership_headline) dataset, are strictly greater in 2026-10 than in 2026-09. NO if equal or lower. Sum every calendar day's integer trip count for each month and divide by that month's number of calendar days. Compare exactly by cross-multiplying the integer totals and day counts, without rounding. Trips are not unique passengers. Use the earliest official published snapshot containing complete non-null daily observations for both months, retain its publication/retrieval provenance, and freeze both values from that same snapshot; later revisions do not change the result. No missing or null day may be interpreted as zero. This headline dataset is audited and published monthly; an un-audited daily origin-destination feed cannot replace it. Trading closes 2026-10-07T16:00:00.000Z. The observation month must finish, and no result may be proposed before 2026-10-31T16:00:00.000Z. Publication may be later. KTM Komuter means the dataset's rail_komuter field, not Komuter Utara. If the line is renamed, use only an officially documented unchanged series mapping; do not combine or substitute services. If a complete comparable first snapshot cannot be established by 2026-12-31T16:00:00.000Z, VOID at or after that deadline.
