Resolution rules
YES if mean daily passenger trips for MRT Kajang Line, field rail_mrt_kajang in the official Daily Public Transport Ridership dataset ridership_headline, are strictly greater in 2027-03 than in 2027-02. NO if equal or lower. Observation periods are both complete calendar months in Malaysia time. Sum every calendar day's integer trip count in each month and divide by its calendar-day count. Compare exactly by cross-multiplying totals and day counts, without rounding. Trips are not unique passengers. Use the earliest official published snapshot with complete non-null daily observations for both months; freeze both months from that same snapshot and retain its publication/retrieval provenance. Ignore subsequent revisions. Missing or null days cannot count as zero, and the original first complete common snapshot must be verifiable. The headline dataset is audited and published monthly; an unaudited origin-destination feed is not a substitute. KTM Komuter means rail_komuter, not Komuter Utara. A renamed line requires an officially documented unchanged series mapping; never combine services. Permitted sources: Ministry of Transport / Prasarana via this exact data.gov.my dataset and its linked CSV or API. Orders close 2027-02-28T12:00:00.000Z, before the observation month. Wait for the full target month and publication; no resolution before 2027-04-01T04:00:00.000Z. If a complete comparable first common snapshot cannot be established by 2027-06-29T16:00:00.000Z, VOID only at or after that deadline. Unavailability before the deadline is not VOID.
