Resolution rules

YES if DOSM’s first official national core CPI year-on-year inflation rate (not headline inflation) for November 2026 is strictly below 2.5 percent. Otherwise NO; equality is NO. Use the named metric for that period only, not a year-to-date value or another adjustment. Prefer the original DOSM dated statistical release on dosm.gov.my; OpenDOSM data are acceptable only if the first-release value and publication date are identifiable. A revised dashboard value must not substitute for the first release. If the exact originally published metric is not recoverable, wait until the deadline and then VOID. Trading closes 2026-12-01 at 00:00 Malaysia time. Resolve only after trading closes and the required official publication. If the actual result was publicly released before trading closed, VOID. If the required result cannot be verified from the named official source by 30 June 2027 at 23:59 Malaysia time, VOID. A temporary source outage before that deadline is not VOID. Use the first release, without further rounding; ignore later revisions.
