Accounts and forecasts

We store an account identifier, public alias, K$ virtual-currency balance, trades, positions, settlement records and comments so your activity is saved. Your alias and comments are public; leaderboard results use your alias. Your email is not displayed publicly.

Sign-in

When Google sign-in is enabled, we use Google’s verified account identifier and email to authenticate you. We do not receive your Google password or access your Gmail. Essential secure cookies keep you signed in for up to seven days. An existing account can be connected while you are signed in to it with the same verified email. Previous ChatGPT sign-in remains available for existing accounts during transition.

Owner access and sharing

The Kanvaso owner can view registered player identifiers, aliases, verified Google emails, signup dates, balances, trade counts and recorded activity dates to operate the service. Marketing consent is shown separately. Sharing is initiated by you: a market link, caption or image is passed to the app you choose. We do not read your social-media contacts or post automatically.

Email invitations

Email invitations are a separate opt-in. We store your email, player or organisation choice, consent date and confirmation or unsubscribe status. Only the owner and the invitation service can access that list. We do not sell it. Google sign-in does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Free K$ and referrals

We record daily claims, reported social post links or privately stored screenshots, referral links, referral account relationships and currency grants to apply limits and prevent duplicate claims. Social post links and screenshots are user reports, not independently verified publications. Screenshot file hashes help prevent duplicate claims; screenshots are not published on Kanvaso. Referral links use an essential cookie for up to seven days. No social contacts are accessed and no post is sent automatically.

Credit purchases and payment records

For optional purchases, we store your selected package, request ID, receipt screenshot, submitted time, status and review history. You pay in your bank or eWallet app; Kanvaso does not receive your banking credentials. Screenshots and payment details are private to you and the owner, who verifies the incoming transfer before adding credits. Earlier payment and receipt records are retained for support and reconciliation. Never upload passwords, PINs or OTPs; crop unrelated balances and transactions.

Visitor counts and preferences

We use a first-party random browser cookie for up to 90 days to count daily visitors. Visit records contain a daily hash, page path and time, without your email or raw IP address. Counts may treat different browsers or cleared cookies as separate visitors. The owner sees aggregate daily visitors, page views and human account registrations. Guest interests stay on your device; signed-in interests are saved to your account so you can use them across devices.

Security records

We use short-lived hashed request counters to limit abusive requests. They do not store raw IP addresses and are cleared during exchange maintenance. Owner actions are recorded with the account identifier, action, affected record, time and completion status to help investigate changes; passwords and sign-in tokens are not included.

Storage and control

Site and database hosting use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Authentication information is shared with Google only as needed to sign in. Contact hello@kanvasodigital.com to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Invitation emails include an opt-out, and replying STOP also requests removal. Minimal suppression records are kept to avoid contacting opted-out addresses again. Records needed to maintain market integrity may need to be retained; we will explain what can be removed when you contact us.
