Resolution rules
YES if Malaysia’s 15th Parliament is officially dissolved with a legally effective date after trading closes and on or before 31 December 2026 at 23:59:59 MYT. NO if official records establish that it remains undissolved at that deadline. Use the official Istana Negara dissolution proclamation, Federal Gazette, or an Election Commission (SPR) notice explicitly stating the effective dissolution date. A request to dissolve, a political speech, a confidence vote, a state assembly dissolution, an election date announcement without a federal dissolution record, or a future effective date does not count. Automatic expiry counts only if an official record confirms that it dissolved this Parliament within the window. Resolve only after the full year-end observation window. Trading closes 13 October 2026 at 00:00 MYT (2026-10-12T16:00:00.000Z). All observation dates and deadlines are Malaysia time (UTC+08). A qualifying outcome that is already officially established before trading closes makes this question VOID, not a winning prediction. A rumour or media forecast is not an official result. Never publish before 2026-12-31T16:00:00.000Z. If required official evidence cannot establish either outcome by 2027-01-31T15:59:59.000Z, VOID only at or after that deadline. Missing evidence alone is never NO and is not grounds for an early VOID. Virtual Kanvaso Dollars only. Verified results settle immediately, with no additional public-review waiting period. Official observation timing and VOID deadlines still apply. A challenge or conflicting evidence requires owner review before settlement.
