Resolution rules
YES if the first officially declared winner of N.17 Bukit Katil stood under the Perikatan Nasional (PN) registered ballot symbol/designation in SPR's final accepted nomination list. NO if another designation wins, including when PN has no accepted candidate. Count the ballot designation, not personal membership, endorsements, electoral pacts, post-election coalition deals or defections. A valid uncontested official election under the specified designation counts as YES; a cancelled contest does not. This is the 16th Melaka state general election, currently scheduled for 14 November 2026. Use SPR's first official final constituency result, including an official recount incorporated before that first final declaration; a gazetted return or dated official SPR result document is permitted. Ignore media projections, party claims, later court petitions, revisions and by-elections. Ordinary, early and postal valid votes count. Trading closes 2026-10-29T16:00:00.000Z, before nominations. No settlement before 2026-11-15T16:00:00.000Z AND 24 hours after actual counting for this seat finishes. A postponed contest in this same election counts only if the required result is available by 2027-02-28T16:00:00.000Z. If the election/contest is cancelled, a seat changes boundaries or cannot be mapped one-to-one to its original code, or required result/ballot evidence cannot be verified, wait until 2027-02-28T16:00:00.000Z then VOID. VOID at that deadline if the result is published before trading closes. Temporary missing evidence before that deadline is not NO or VOID. Virtual Kanvaso Dollars only; settlement requires a public evidence review.
